Isn't the head alu? Aitr compressor only way unless you take the head off.

Sure the cable hasnt snapped? Whip the airbox off and have a mate push the pedal while you look.

The cold air feed is fine, not worth replacing with anything else. To fit remove airbox which is 2 10mm bolts and then undo the circlip on the induction tube I would lead the fead over to just past the battery.

Itl probably turn itself off in a few weeks

Not a definative answer sorry, but the boxes are different on cup vs standard I believe.(slightly) thats a fred question really.

Ah okay! Sorry I dont think the 172 exhaust is as good as the 182 exhaust. Although they both seem suceptable to rusting
