forget the throttle body polishing
get th 182 exhaust manifold and exhaust done at once since they need to be made to match sine the 182 exhaust manifold isn't a direct fi to 172 exhaust
Its been done before the compnay was in germany on astock engine they were looking at 210hp i think from memory. didn't get far though as its was 5k since it needed to be tuv apprved.
If you not gouing to spend them IMo don't bother but if your just going to chnage springs get the eibach or spend a lot or stick with stock
From memory there quite good the weitec but i'd go with the eibach every time if your only willing to chnage springs.

Put a switch in on the black lead of the seatbelt when the black line is cut the car thinks your belted in but remember the airbags are all adjsuted depending in your beltyed in etc so don't not wear a belt and have a crash as the airbags will set off under differernt circumstacnes as it thinks...
They cannot fail the car for having harness so long as there correct no fraid marks etc. and mount are secure although you could argue that thats down to there opinion and for me I'd fail any car using harness for points I'd deem as unsafe for the driver.
I'd recomend the more powerful legal ones hayfords sell i forget there name though usualy buy one get one free offer in place which with trade is very cheap.

There loads of choice there the same pads as other cars use citreon uses the same pads I'll find out which if you realy need otherwsie the popular choice are
