there is a defined amount of slip at x slip angle where the tyre gives maximum adheision, but its very easy to go over that.
ON the track its an amazing feeling to trail brake with 1 wheel in the air from 120-60 round a tightning radius corner....yum.
sheesh, off the top of my head assuming you wont do any of it.
120 for the bearing and 200 for the brakes.
TUrn that around if you do it yourself, 60 for the bearing and under 100 for the brakes.
Std discs and pads are more than fine, but if you want some mildly harder pads will be ok for road use. Rear, just use std pads and discs.
ANd a diffuser would ruin the car.
Drilling the airbox on any car is silly, you really are just sucking in hot air fromt eh engine bay, no matter where you put the holes and where you put some ducts.
