    When i do the inlet manifolds i prefer to take a template of your particular head just to make sure that its a 100% fit. Alignment can vary.

    metal is roughly 2 mil thick, and its safer to do it with the strut out. It can be daunting, but if you really wanna do it theres no real harm. Just make sure you rust proof it again.

    No, you can fit and time them in as per manufacturer details, and you dont have to remap, but a remap will see you running perfectly on them. But saying that, the std ecu runs wilder cams paricuarly well! But depends on that cam profile, as its not specfied by them.

    setting up N20 to its most efficent point isnt hard, but if you change the ignition curve or fueling curve then you will need to slightly adj the jet sizes.

    erm, cant really see whats what in that pic, but on the connections on the manifolds from far end moving towards throttle body are: charcoal canister MAP cam cover to manifold vapour recirculation breather pipe brake servo fuel pressure reg i think thats right

    clutch kits outside renault cost as little as 40 quid. Depends if your prepared to do the work yourself to save mega bucks on labour.

    Renault dealers can choose their labour rates, but they cant change the labour charges per job done. There is a large book telling how many hours you have to charge, even if you do it in 10% of the time it states.
