Regrinds. I had these. In terms of feel i think their miles more peaky than my current Cat Cams 428's in conjunction with the same mods. I'd happily swap them back.
Downside is their lumpy and not the best for slow town driving but thats the trade off.
False power claims have been common place for years on these pages, mainly in the past not so much now.
All the old ''skool'' users of Cliosport will remember the days when we were told cams, piggyback and a few other mods would get you 200 bhp.
Heard a lot of bad things about the VXR. My mate has one and she's forever changing wheel bearings and has had a gearbox replaced under warranty among other niggles.

You really dont want to be...
I'd get that looked at pronto mate. Sounds noisy for a dephaser although could be just your camera but your other symptoms dont match up with a typical worn dephaser issue...
Never heard on here of anyone having to get their gearbox taken out just for a leak? - Back street garage yeah?
If you do need the box out and youve done a fair few miles then agree might as well do the clutch while your in there.
All this over expensive oil stuff is a load of bollox imo, well on anything thats not top end race spec.
Iv always used good quality oil from some of the brands mentioned in this thread and it didnt stop a bearing knackering up my bottom end. What was i really getting over the years for the...
