    2 things you can do to check the cat. Take it off and give it a good shake or if you prefer to leave it on, use a screwdriver and listen through the shaft to pin point if its the cat. You should be able to inspect inside the cat too being a 182.

    It'll be one of the aux pulleys most likely. Auxiliary belt kit including fitting is roughly 250 area from Renault.
