    Whats behind the question mate? Are you thinking of going down this route? Its alright saying the most powerful 172 / 182 makes X amount of BHP, but that only tells you the peak gains. Having 200 + dosent necessarily mean you have a quick car. Could be all top end and nothing low down

    Dry it all out and water the back end with a hose to see if you can trace where its leaking in from. My guess would be boot or light seal.

    Ask for a full auxiliary belt kit and cam belt kit to be fitted that way you get all the pulleys iirc Also which Renault garage? You never answed :)

    Avoid the Magnex. Dosent fit very well, poor design back boxes and weighs a tonne! I switched from a Magnex to Ktec and it was ten times better. Performance felt a lot better too. Pipe design is a lot flatter Far better stuff on the market now than a Magnex

    Reason why Apex are harsher is because their liner (sp) springs where as Eibach are progressively wound.

    Standrad 172 / 182's seem to average 15 seconds. You'll get some freaks hit mid 14's and some mid 15'ers. Best iv done up to date was a 14.4 @ 99 iirc but never ran it after the 2nd mapping sesh, change of wheels and heavy ice in the bin which im confident would have hit a low 14, mods...

    Im running 428's after coming from Piper's and imo their a disappointment although different sort of cam profile. Also the type of managment depends on the cams your running. You dont need to run standalone on all cam only applications. You can get the stock ecu mapped or the RS Tuner...
