Yup standard shocks. Ran around on them for months with 60mm springs on and 40mm springs before then. New owner took the car back on the standard suspension and it's still fine 8K later.

Yep, D2S. Just make sure when you're refitting to put the starter pack back on the bulb and twist it before plugging the green wire back in, instead of sitting swearing at it for 20 mins like I did the first time wondering why it wouldn't turn.
