I use Collinite over whatever sealant I have on the wheels, like Rich says add another layer of that rather than more sealant. Then you can wash just using shampoo and then dry and wipe over with a QD and MF towel in the future.

The WMF is a sealant though apparently, although probably not the most durable out there, I think it adds to the looks a lot so might be a worthwhile additional step. Once a month... and the rest! ;)

Yeah thats what I have been told. I am just going to be extra careful only to touch the slightly raised surface of the area I painted and not the surrounding area. I have been told it goes very dull after being sanded, then just going to go round with some Menzerna IP on a German hand polishing...

I find what you apply it with makes a big difference - I use a microfibre applicator as it gives a nice even covering and won't wipe any off you have just applied. I leave it on for about an hour or so, in the meantime you can do other parts of the car. Or alternatively check out some hardcore...

What... I said I would rather not go to a bodyshop if need be. Not just this one but any. It's such a small scratch just in a visible area and would be difficult to blend in well.

I put my excess as high as possible as it came directly off my premium, which to me is stupid. Pay £100 now, or have the possibility of paying £100 if you crash...think I will go with the latter, thanks for asking...
