^^ not true. You do not have to have your car serviced at a dealer in order to keep your warranty, all parts replaced during a service must however meet with Renaults guidelines.

1) remember the vin plate/sticker is inside the drivers door on the B pillar, not under the bonnet. 2) If its an import the windows probably wont have the reg etched on them.

Yes its scandelous, think you would have to go with a more specialised insurer to get better rates for mods. I got quoted £150 extra for springs which barely lower the car at all !

Well ive had mach 4.5 so those wont be any good for my clio.

Later 172s came with one-touch on both sides IIRC, my 2002 172 only had driver side one-touch though.

is it just one speaker that it happens on, could be a faulty internal amp, or speakers. Do you run it through a splitter ?

hah, IIRC to buy all the bits from renault to retro fit it will cost you from £1500-2000 ... Pitty its £120 a bulb though lol !

ECU light is kinda in the middle of the dash, it comes on if the ECU detects a problem/incosistency in its readings/sensors

Mine was about £140, so its not too bad.. just not looking forward to a 36,000 mile service.
