i checked out the base oil on the Shell stuff Lunner and it uses no better than stuff a lot cheaper, its overpriced for what your getting, though i am using it myself at...
i use a 5W-40, a 0W-40 should be fine
if possible id probably try to go for a 5W next time over a 0W as from the figures ive seen there seems to be quite a difference in thickness between 5W and 0W, when comparing the difference between 5W and 10W aswell
thats what i did with mine, in fact it was me who gave Lunner that method, i had 2 fucked bolts and it worked with 1 of em, the other it didnt so i just cut the cut off it completely

yea, i spoke to one of the ITG design fella's for once at length about the Maxogen, and one of the main reasons its expensive is that its properly designed for the application and thoroughly tested, they only do about 10 direct fit kits....

they may not sell to you direct though and might tell you yes they can do them, but they need buying from a shop which deals with them, if thats the case...
one thing you should do, move the best tyres to the back, its dangerous having worn tyres on the back and good ones on the front, trust me ive experienced what it can do and its not nice
its on the passenger side mate near the throttle body + inlet manifold, if you look where your airbox is, look at the back of it, two hoses connect to it, one of those is connected to the ISCV, it also has a wiring connector going into the top of it
