you need to undew the screws on the bottom panel on the steering column, then theres 2 torx screws right up underneath that attaches the dials. Its great fun - not!!
I wouldnt bother putting the bottom screws back tho I never see the point as they used to sit fine without them in my old Clio.

Cambelt itself costs around 90 quid for the mk1 rsi. Not sure on the labour charges cos when my belt got changed I was having the whole engine practically re-built anyway
Theyre ok and I can have alot of fun in mine - mines in the process of being done up so not in a great condition atm. Mine does about 130mph on the flat but thats with some engine mods done to it :) Theyre pretty cheap to run aswell mind you its a 1.8
