Totally agree that front grill looks really out of place. Having a 1.6gti box with the mi16 engine makes a big difference to acceleration too.

What did you use to tint them?

The reason Powerflow use a low grade of steel is because its thinner and therefore easier to bend/shape. I know some dealers will use higher quality steel if you request it but I would imagine it would cost more.

I reckon he left a zero off the end of his suggestion 30(0)mm springs are probably what he meant ;)

They are 15s with 195/45/15 tyres and an et38 offset With 4 people in the car I get no rubbing or scrubbing at all. The ride is very firm though but I can live with it. Cheers for the compliments too ;)
