Okay I fitted 15s with 195/45/15 rubber about a month ago and they scrubbed slightly on full lock on standard suspension
I removed the mudflaps, trimmed a tiny piece out of the front sh*t guards and everything is ok again.
However I have just bought a 55mm lowering kit and I am going to...
I wont increase performance only help to get back what might have been lost on a higher mileage engine.
I doubt I would notice any benefit on mine (35K miles)
Its just glorified carb cleaner but a lot more expensive due to marketing buzz words like power boost bhp etc

I recently swapped my standard alloys 165/60/14 for a set of 15s 195/45/15 and definately noticed a difference.
The rolling diameter was only fractionally bigger but the extra width meant that there was noticable tramlining

What tailpipe is it and where did you have it done? How much?
