Well, I have some information from Dieppe. Unfortunately i dont have the prices for the individual bits, like the seats and roll cage.
The complete car with the Bilstein suspension is €29,900 and with the Ohlins suspension €31,800. Both prices appear to be without VAT.
The catalogue is...
Ill be keeping my ride height right where it is. And I spend a lot of time on the track. The benefits of dropping the car a bit are outweighed by the real world of speed bumps, curbs, bumps etc. The car handles very well indeed on the stock suspension.
I have information direct from Dieppe on the cup upgrades, primarily to Grp N rally specification. The complete car is available built by RENAULTsport and various kits are available including the seats and roll cage.

Im Irish but Ive got a Luxembourgisch Willy! Now they have to be pretty rare as there are only about 400,000 people here.
Ive only seen maybe about 6 others! Or am I seeing the same one each time?
And the big new here is that they are having to add a digit to the number plates due to the...
I just checked the properties on the xls file I got from Renaultsport. It was written on 20 March so it is pretty recent. Mayb we have a scoop here...
Anybody with Excel who wants to open it and get the info out ther for us?
Ed
Ben,
Yes, the Ragnotti is the same as the Cup. Well the steering wheel is on the other side but identical in every way.
What Im talking about is what appears to be the "RS" version of the Ragnotti/Cup I would imagine it to be just a Group N kitted car.
It could have the answers to a lot...
You might want to check with Renaultsport for the Cup bits. They (Renaultsport in Dieppe) have what they are calling a ClioRSRagnotti and it is basically a Grp N rally car which would have all the bits. I just heard from them and they sent an xls doc with all the information. Trouble is I...
BenR,
I just heard back from them. The Grp N Clio is available. they call it something like the ClioRSRagnotti. I think it is about €29,000.
There is also a catalogue for the Williams Grp N bits: ref. 77 11 126 639 and the price is 22,87euro. Im ordering it.

How old is your car? Are you going to respray it anyway? Just asking because once you start doing that sort of stuff to it, the resale or trade in value goes through the floor. If it is old and you plan on driving it into the ground okay, but on a late model car you may regret it later on.
Take a look at the Ralliart sites and then have a look at Renaultsport.
Renaultsport are really good until you try to find out prices or how to get in contact! Do they really want to sell stuff other than F1 souvenirs?
Well,
Just to let you know what my progress has been today:
I emailed the guys in Dieppe or wherever again and got no reply.
I emailed the guy in the UK who originally told me to email the guys in France. He replied that I should email the guys in France and gave me a telephone number...
Im looking to raise my rev limit as it would eliminate a couple of awkward shifts at the ring.
Just like JonC said. Sometimes you just want to be able to hold a gear a split second longer without it bouncing off the limiter.
I drove a 9000 turbo aero for SAAB in the One Lap about 10 years ago. It was very comfortable and quick. From what I hear the new ones are better, but I havent driven one since...
Mikey,
Ive no problem with the drop in performance, as the petrol bills are much lower. Also I couldnt afford to risk rolling the Evo into a ball!
It doesnt matter what, within reason, you are driving if you are getting the most out of it! The Clio just gets the job done for less!
Ed
Yes the mounts are original. They seem okay on the street but at the ring it jumps out of 3rd gear in the Karrousel and 4th or 5th at the jump at Pflantzgarten I. A bit disconcerting that...

Just looking for a listing of the Grp N bits and bobs. Motor mounts, Suspension bits, ECU etc.
The car is going in for a timing belt and I thought that now is a good time to upgrade...
Ed
Waht are you guys doing to your gearboxes? With 180,000km on mine it is going strong although whining a bit in 5th and the synchros are getting a bit tired.
The car has done over 4000km on the Nurburgring flat out as well!
Ed
Ive been trying to get information from Renault on Renaultsport parts for a couple months now to no avail. This is getting crazy! My local dealer hasnt a clue and the car is going in for a timing belt and a few other bits on Thursday.
Has anyone any information? Why is this stuff top...
Sunstrips are fine if you are racing and have your seat down on the floor but for everyday driving they are a pain in the neck, literally.
That is unless you are a midget.
