You've probably knocked a relay, up under the dash behind the glove box.

Front of the engine from memory, down behind the radiator kind of area (near the dipstick).

Milltek has fitment issues I believe, so out of the two I would say Yozza - it fits perfect. Yozza with a decat will be loud, with the cat still in place it aint so bad.

You'll need to bleed both rear calipers if you've had them off the car.

The rear calipers often leak, hence I've got two sat in my garage. Don't get disheartened mate, it'll be something and nothing I'm sure :)

I bought the full kit from Renault, it came with everything needed - fogs, brackets, stalk and loom. If the loom isn't already there then you'll struggle to do it OE. Better off hard wiring them as said above.

It's a bolt with a washer on it and a U shaped bracket welded onto the strut. It simply means that as you turn the bolt clockwise or anti-clockwise it pushes the base of the strut in/out accordingly. You can get it roughly the same each side, but to be right it really needs a full professional...

Having had both, it's K-tec for me too. Just seem all round better built, and as you say, much easier to deal with being based in the UK.

Yes Mike, got it done in Gtreetland (off the top of my head). Four wheel laser alignment using the Hunter System I do believe. Cost me £130 I think.
