i don't see the problem tbh as long as where the light is produced is in the same position as where it would be with the tugsten filament halogen lamp i don't see how a metal halide discharge lamp would suddenly spread light everywhere.

if the interior light has 2 positives and a neg can't you just have a 2 way switch connect either pos to the outputs and the common to your lights and pick up a neg from anywhere?

yeah i'd say LHD lights too as i don't think you can fit lamps wrong

intel is the only choice for cpu imho i was going to recommend getting a case that will take a micro atx as it gives you much more choice (as i found out when i built my htpc)
