All my sports and standards did that at various times. Think there's a trick to turn on the rear washers automatically like you can do with auto lights. But even if I knew how to do it, it would be completely useless as the washer pump isn't powerful enough to do both.
I never trust stock images on eBay. That looks like it's been taken off google. And weren't toyosports making the 182 replacement exhaust that required all mounts to be moved about?
Led are your long life upgrades to standard filament bulbs. Xenon lights are high intensity bulbs using different gas. HID bulbs are cheap sh/tty knock offs of proper xenon kits.
Regardless of whether you choose to buy the cheap stuff or proper kits, xenon kits need modified lamps to house them.
You're looking at £250+ for a decent impact gun. £75 for a budget stick welder. Welders work no matter what the price but if you buy a cheap impact gun you're going to be using breaker bars for everything anyways. I was using the logic that money and time was a factor.
Get the swan neck spanner on the top mount, Weld a spare wheel bolt on top of the exposed thread (as if you were removing a sheared bolt, Get a big as breaker bar on the bolt and lean your body against it. Apply strength of moderately brawny panda to swan neck. As soon as its loose grind the...
I do everything from iPhone 5. Never had trouble uploading pics from photos stream. I'd imagine it's the same for iOS tablets but I get that difficulty sometimes. You need to select you place in the text box you want the image to be and then hit insert full image
Funny enough the problem has almost completely stopped. Slight noise with the clutch down but no where near as bad. Think you're right about the clutch going.
Got a weird one for you all.
During rush hour today my daily 1.2 made a little bang and all of a sudden 1st gear was almost impossible to engage. 2nd was difficult but possible. All other gears were fine at speed.
I pulled over briefly to check things over. With the engine off, the gears all...
^^ +1
Petrol money or road expenses are agreed between the employer and employee/contractor.
In reference to the OPs question, the car lasts as long as you take care of it. There's not an engine in the world that will blow up (with normal use) unless it's been deprived of oil, coolant or cold...
I wouldn't paint the glove box. It can look good to begin with but even with proper pre clean and degrease, the paint lifts with summer heat. Just a pointer but You can get flock texture wrap that sits quite well on the plastic.
when you say fit fabric, do you mean the small insert where the...
All mk2 clios have the same rear axel so, yeah the rubbers will fit no matter what variant they're from. Give the springs a check over when you instal the rubber seats. Chances are they've been scratched up pretty bad and if that's the case you need to paint them to stop them rusting.
The black insert non xenon lights weren't exclusive to 172s. A few non sports had them. Local scrap/salvage places will sell them at £25-30 each. I've not seen a lot of xenon lights with the black insert.
Wouldn't advise putting xenon bulbs in non xenon lamps. Unless you want to blind everyone...
Never seen the first cluster. The second looks like a mk2 ph1 with black coloured dials and trim. Show some pics of the plugs and connections and you may get an answer quicker
Might be stating the obvious and/or missing something but why are the first date records of each year a solid round 1000?
Smells of guesstimation to me
My clios got gearbox trouble. It's a mk2 ph2 and it SHOULD have the jc5-029 gear box with the speedo sensor. However someone has swaped out the original engine and now I am unsure as to whether or not the box is compatible. Already raised the car and had a poke around but it doesn't seem to have...
