    cams at belt time isnt that pricey tbf the belt changee is half the battle and max bhp figures dont really mean alot for drivability and how fast it actually is

    have you had a look at your tdc? sits above the flywheel so possibly knackered something else and thrown that out the way

    only issue you could have is a ph1 has a different throttle body/uch/ecu so im not sure if the loom would be different or not - someone else will be able to confirm this a ph2 172/182 lump is the same tho 20 miles n its poppedid of been tipping the tw*t upside down n empty his pockets

    found a modded 172 centre section/182 decat so that should slot on the ebay back box or even the standard back box i have as a temp measure until i get the rest sorted if nothing else i can now create a working system to get it to powerflow etc at some point a custom set up will more...
