Took my car to the (Ford) garage today about what I thought was the wheel bearing.... Turns out its the gearbox thats gone :( They said if its just the bearings, they can get them renewed, with a 12 months warrenty for £300, then it will be at least £300 labour, as its apparantly an engine out...

Whats goin on with them?!?! Got quoted 850-1000 for the Williams, rang em up and they said they cant insure me... I messed around with other quotes, and it gave me £741.26 - £921.66 for an Escort Cossie.... Obv theyre not gonna give it to me though...

Raced my Fez against the Williams up a hill the other day. The Fiesta seemed to pull away from the Williams (!) Cant wait to get the Fez up the strip to c what times I can get in it.

At Cheltenham on Sat, my Clio got 159 @ the fly, 121 @ the wheels... Seems ok, as it got 163 @ fly and 129 @ wheels a couple of mths ago... But... Sats graph indicates the max rpm was 7130 rpm Funny, as my car redlines at 6500 rpm.. on the 163bhp result, the graph shows max rpm as 6490...
