Getting a funny vibration from the right side of the engine (when sat in drivers seat) when I pull away in 2nd gear at low revs, like when you aproach a junction and you don't need to go into 1st and you just pull away slow in 2nd gear - it's not really a knocking as such, more a vibration...

Someone said to me a little while ago "You're a long time dead mate, if it feels right...do it...if it doesn't, don't." That's what made me buy my 172...and I love it! (Now it's working properly! ;) ) Maybe wait for the Vee 'til the spring though! :evil:

Right, i'll check that on my lunch break...only thing is that the car is not lowered at all and it's got pretty low profile tyre on it so there looks like there lots of room. Noticed also that when I put full lock on the steering wheel, there is a much louder sqeaking noise? - is this normal...

Just phoned a place to ask about a magnex or scorpion (or whatever really) after-market system and got quoted around £300 not including fitting...he also said that they will all have the pipe visable out the back which I don't really want...want to keep it nice and subtle really. Any further...
