anyone ever lowered the rear torsion bars themselves, difficult??, special tools?? any comments helpful. Ta.

need some clues on this one! connected electrics back up today after 2 weeks, and my alarm has gone crazy! Its making a sound like a throttled cat, when....... I unlock doors, use the keyfob to lock/unlock doors, needless to say it doesnt activate the central locking just makes this...
