Yeah as Neil said, if you prefer the comfort the FF has and don't mind compromising a bit of extra weight (which in the end isn't a great deal) then go for a FF. The Cup is a bit rawer.

OK a 182 "full fat" with Cup pack has leather, air etc but has the darker anthracite wheels and Cup suspension. A 182 Cup is like the 172 Cup. It has a plain "mossa" cloth interior, anth wheels and cup suspension. I think...hehe

No worries mate. If yours is only a couple of years old it may be ok with just a good charge. I only replaced mine after i connected a Saab digital battery tester to it and it came up replace....plus it was 4 years old.

Yes there is a fix people. Don't go looking for the most complicated solution because its gonna be the battery, simple as that. 5- 40W mate although which brand you use is not make or break for your engine so don't go fretting that Silkolene or something equally as expensive is the only oil you should use. Mobil 1, Shell Helix, Duckhams or even your run of the mill Halfords stuff (made by a big brand oil company anyway)...

Silver Ph1 172 going up the Merrist Wood road from the Aldershot Road roundabout up towards the Worplesdon Road roundabout at about1.45. Didn't catch a reg but it sounded like an aftermarket exhaust on it.

I've seen that Trophy around as well. Not sure if its someone from here but its flashed me a few times.

Take the 172 Cup as its the lightest 172, take the 0-60 time (6.5) and subtract 0.1 of a second off it as thats prob all the difference you'll get. So i'd say about 6.4 secs....unless you complete strip it but then you'll prob only get down to about 6.3 if you wanna nit pick

Ahh ok....i tend not to look in on the "whats fastest?" threads.....curiosity got the better of me. I think everyone should keep at least one issue of EVO by their computer...The Knowledge is my version of a car bible.
