Eibachs are the best IMO for a good ride and lowering.

1.6 has a nice lower end pull IMO. The 1.6 top end power isn't as noticable IMo untill you get the speeds up a bit.

Check the bolts holidn the seat on on under the car also the 4 which hold the seat to the runners and the bolts on the seat by where it hinges as they can rattle loose.

Renault quote that 10-40 is fine so long as outside temsp don't drop below -20 so there fine its better to use 5-40 though

Subframes yep. Demon Tweesk etc will sell them. There two tyre of seats fitments realy side and bottom mounts you need the right one any place whcih sell them will sell you the right one side mounts have the moutning points on the side of the seat bottom have them on the bottom of the seat.
