172 wheels fit yep.
Suspension nopt different hub sizes plus its not correct for a 172 there better stuff out there though. (you could bodge 172 CUp stuff to fit)
You won't forget juts put a sticker on the fuel cap.
They sounds bit noisy when idling but when running I prefere them to...
Airbags is down just infront of the infront of the gear shift the plug for it faces towards the driver.
I forget if the looms seperate I'll have a look now you could just cut them down by where they match up to the computer anway.
Not much weight saving but ever last helps.
R5 are reliable people just don't do things properly they just wack the boost up and blow them up there good for huge HP if done correctly.
Megan bottom end is the same as the Williams realy and botls to a 1.8 16V head. The Megan engine head is slightly different and whilst for power and...
The airbags? You need them yep but if you've no side one no pretensioner and no drivers airbags whats the point in the passenger one alone.
You won't miss the airbag when the dash top is off.
100hp version ins't bad give it a test its a different engine ie low down power my parents would say it has more power than a 172 due to the way they drive.
Depends how you drive mpg I get 50mpg on adverage on the long drives but I don't go easy worst I've ever seen s 29.9 on a track day even...
If its got a cheap interier then its a Cup 182 there 182 CUp was a 182 just with air con instead of climtae no zeons cheper interier and both CUp spolier and suspension packs as standard.
Injectors are the real limit for HP. The clutch won't take much more than 230NM though.
Even with stock boost just better injectors 140hp should be possible right if you push the limit you'd get smoke. The stock pump won't supply that much fuel unless you push the pressures etc (not a good...
Yep I think we saw you in your car on the A41 on that long straight bit you were going the other way away from Chester we were on our way there.
Looked good your car.
You'll have bust the hub or damaged the ABS plug /ABS ring on the driveshaft.
Hopefully its just new ball joints stearing arsm and maybe arms. Then hopefully just the ABS sensor/ring are damaged and there easy to fix.
Why do you think the airbags a price of s**t? COuld have been somehting...
Open the passenger door or the drivers one then press the sentral lockig button on the inside that willl lock the boot then close the door and lock the car.
But if the boot isn't locking with the remore then sounds like it won't lokc with the above anyway.
Manifold isn't to difficult can do that yourself I'm not sure if it will fit I'd guess not though as you've different engines codes.
Cams are going to be expensive to fit only worth it if your having the cambelt done at the same time and getting some sort of remap for them.
Its just like chnaging your disks take the caliper off and the bracket which olds the caliepr on and put the bigger disk on then put yor new caliper bracket on and if you can your old caliper.
The Halfords stuff is fne for most use unfortunatly they have stopped selling the superb castrol...
Won't make any difference realy.
Won'd make much more power either get the intake manifold reworking done as well if you want any extra decinet power. But tunning the 172 engine with money level like this arn't very cost effective.
