The lower idler is different between the two. Its the Hole size in the middle thats different. You can use either kit but you will have to use the little spacer that sits behind the pulley off the ph1 engine.
It will be the main foam seal around the frame. Its a common problem. The seal is around 65pound. If you peel the seal back inside the car and pull the headlining down you will see about 15 10mm bolts. Undo all of them, disconect the drains and lift away from the top.
Hope this helps.
I wouldnt of thought the two were linked. The speedo issue will be the speedo transducer on the back of the gearbox.
Is it a ph2 clio with electric steering?
Its not an imobiliser issue, because the light goes out.
Does the fuel pump prime when you turn the ignition on?
If not try pressing the inhibitor switch near the battery.
Also failing that, swap the two small black relays around in the fuse box behind the passenger headlight.
Pretty common for a creaky, heavy, or even very springy clutch pedal on then mate. It is the clutch diaphram but its not somthing a garage would admit too I would of thought.
Just a few new pics of the clio after a bit of TLC! Also iv sprayed the mirrors and badge grey. Now im happy with it! She goes and handles beutifly now! Enjoy!
The imobiliser ring is merely a reciever that picks up the signal and passes it to the decoder. In your case the UCH/BIC unit. So rings can be transfered.
