    Camber on the back of Clios is adjustable the Mk2 race cars had a choice of about 4 or 5 Renault officl sizes they could use in the cahmpionship they fit the road cars but only one road Clio I know uses them and that a race only car realy as its not needed.

    The version on ebay goes upto about 2002 it ha the Cup and phase 2 V6 Clio but not the 182. It gives some pin outs for the the ECu and radio but not much. There a seperate CD of wiring diagrams but ther've nver been as far as i know on ebay and those that own them get them from unusal ssources...

    Yep if you want use Renault oil £20 or so for 4.5 liters you'll need. If they don't know its been changed they cannot do anyhting. new sump washer is 80p I think its not dificult to do 10 minutes if your lazy and take your time.

    Arr right you have a dci one? Yep same engine as the Clio. Not bad best idea it to get the rpm right up the change up point on mine for first and second is about 4.4k. You have a dci for your own car don't you? If so chnage the oil ever 6k and hammer it and it will get much quicker...

    Take the air filter out. (not a good idea as if you get big dirt into the engine you'll have right problem). Strip it out. Tyres upto 45psi.

    Air con was an option on later Cups just like the silver paint the most come in blue without air con though. No ABS or driver assitance realy wheather that an advantegs is questionable I'd have prefere ABS but for track work it is great not having it. The Cup was a lightweight cut price...

    I was particulaly pointing to the track and race car circuit who managed to get a 182 Cup round slightly quicker than the thropy and thats got bends. The difference between them can be ignored IMO due to variation in built.

    What car is it the starter usually a good place to try did youy try bump starting it? Also the TDc sensor is a comoon fault but if the starter doesn't spin than thats probebly at fault.

    Round a track i'd say the Cup would win but not by much. A good engined 172 would be as quick as a slower cup assuming the same driver etc. There so close. On some tracks the trophy is slower than the 182 Cup.

    Nope forget about trying to tune it put a 1.8 or 2.0 in instead. You cannot get the 1.8 pistons into your car firstly as the blocks not big enough to get the pistons in.

    The V6 has them like the 172 and 182 the none RS models are all the same type.

    If there on about that metal clip then they shouldn't be much new £10 at worse won't take long to change. Brake pipes are easy to change. Just takes time. Rear disks can be expensive best try giving the handbrakes a bit fo a work out to knock some of the rust off.

    Black side strips means a phase 1. Only the phase 2 came with them colour coordinatd (unless it was a race car which all came with black bump strips)

    I've heard of a few people who didn't liek the Fk's as much as the H and R. there more expensive for a start the H and R and use Blistein stuff.

    Mine starts fine unless it been on track as it deosn't like restarting that much there sometimes a slight delay for it to fire up.
