Your right 1.6 were very rare they made less than they did of the 172 and 182's
Same suspension on the 1.2 as the 1.6 weighting is different due to setup but thats easy to adjust.
Suspenion is soft on the 1.2 but nothing a set of aftermarket setup won't make better than any stock 172 or...

It won't make a whole load of difference it will make it better though just don't expect a VAG like change.
Ha ha pit lane timing.
Anyway its easy to forget about corners Fred and Yozza do.
Least when I forget about corners it just makes me look stupid when Fred and Yoz do it costs them a fortune.
Nope, remove the wheel then at the bottom of the hub there a bolt which rns front to back on the car take this out the undo the two bolts which hold the ball joint to the suspension arm (17mm bolt and 16mm nut from memory) then take the old hub off and put the new one in and tigthen the botls up...

If I didn't have it I'd go for the royal purple but its £50 or so.
Sounds good its not difficult to do it yourself only three bolts you need to undo assuming its not chuck solid.
Tracking shound't need doing but worht checking for £20 to fit it I'd do it myself.
