not sure yet in honesty. It's something I've done on 205s with some washers and longer bolts but they're angled lower than clios to start with. I'd probably make up some new mounts for the column from scratch rather than using spacers. Box section welded...
yes. I think there's some minor changes that are needed though, I'll ask Andy to post what's different, but it think it's to do with falling and rising edge of the missed tooth
Clearly this is based on speculation and not facts then. Lots of these kits are being used on track reasonably regularly. I dont deny an airbox would be nice if you can use one but you can't if you want to retain AC.
doubt it's anything to do with the belts themselves. Maybe something that's been disturbed, the engine does go right up and down several times in the process of the job, and a lot of sensors and bits are unplugged so it's easy to disturb things. Highly doubt it's serious :)
under tray off, remove nut from center of mount, carefully jack up engine off mount, remove top bracket to engine (3 bolts), unbolt mount (4 bolts)
re-fit is reverse of removal

yeah those pistons will be fine with a light tidy up. Got some used Williams inlet valves if you have trouble sourcing them, Sure we wont want too much :)
