Which clio, 16v or rsi, rsi doesn't have flaired arches and is an 8v, 16v have bonnet and arches

Cheack the earths, particularly the one behind the s**t guard to the gear box, n/s. Also take off and clean the ISCV, wiht brake or carb cleaner, this is the cylinder on the top of the enigne, about 2" long wiht one wire and plug going to it by the TB. Never even heard of a stepper motor :S...
