He quite clearly said springs
James, I think you've asked this exact same question about every single set of springs available for mk2 and mk3 clios over the last 2 years. Just choose something
a lot of upgrade brakes aren't road legal (not type approved) so the best you can hope for is the premium not going up. on a modified policy with power upgrades, you may be expected to improve the brakes
I would say the complete reverse of that. On turbo applications (where it's more important) I would always us a cotton gauze filter as they filter better. For NA it's a little less critical as you don't have delicate compressor wheels going 100000rpm which a small piece of grit is enough to chip...
that's not very good at all. Mine did 31mpg on the way down to Dorset a few weeks back in a *cough* hurry. did a comfortable 42mpg on the way back at keeping up with the traffic, motorway speeds. Averaged 36mpg for my ring trip in May

D4F throttle bodies are a bit crap, it'll be that, more likely than anything else. Inlet manifold off so you can get to it and clean it though, which isn't hard, but an awkward job not worthy of the time it takes.
purple will be spax most likely.
Get onto Ktec, see if they'll sell you some rear springs from one of their own kits. I'm not happy that the vmaxx replacements are correct yet.
that is an original clamp, but if you buy a new one from renault now it looks like the ebay one, but less flimsy
don't use exhaust paste, it goes hard and cracks. Use high temp silicon.
new clamp, 100% needed. not even a question tbh, just do it
the ebay one is cheap. usually about £2. I don't like them after stripping threads on them very easily (by hand!!) I only use and stock genuine ones now which look almost identical but are much better quality, and only a few £ more
