it's a single hose for a start, with a breather take off built in, and the insides of the filter are the clever bit. It's definitely not an ITG (LOL!!!!)
that's the thing, there's no downside IMO, they're just a bit more on top everywhere. Yes you'll pretty much always have a bit of a dip, 182 manifold smooths it out to some degree
That's entirely the important thing. As I mentioned, it took a lot of extra fuel in the midrange over the standard map, so there was definitely a big chunk you gained there. I really liked it beweek 4.5 and 6k the best
Well a 182 I did with 428s and a few other small bits made 185 at SRR so I'd say you'd do that or thereabouts
The ph1 did 185 with the KTR induction btw so the stock airbox and elbow is definitiely holding it back a little
mild cams to be honest, they're only 428 replicas really. Drives well though and it's a definite improvement from before. I would have prefered to fit 438s, but I can only give the options, not force anything on people :)
yeah, and noisy or not noisy.
You're in Bournemouth, why not call K-tec and ask if you can see/hear one on a car. I'm sure they have various systems on a number of their own (employees) vehicles. I know Bex had the recessed on her ph1, Not sure what Anthony has on his.
Care to elaborate?
I'm on my second mild steel system (on consecutive cars) and I've been nothing but happy with both. The mk1 system sounded amazing, and the 172 stealth looks and sounds not far off standard
It's REALLY easy, I never use HTCsync as using google for contacts and chrome for bookmarks works so well.
If you log-in to chrome on a pc (with gmail), it will give you the option to sync all your bookmarks across devices
