80C oil temp is low........cool even........
Itll run between 80 and 110 when at prolonged high rpm.

Most likely thrust bearing. Not a problem, itll not affect wear and just make that rumbling noise.
As for max boost and bhp, no idea..............colours mean nothing if i havent memorised the flow rate of the injectors.

your already short on suspension travel using the std damper lengths........low CoG is good, but if you run out of travel @ the current wheel rate, youll have an instant increase from the microcellular jounce bumpers and well..........youll skittle off into a hedge.

erm, but you cant really tell what sort of BHP your really putting out if they dont even mention the wheel figure...........its a useless figure on its own.
well, i run 15w50 and when it goes above 100-110C it really thins out, the oil dont really like running that hot and start to degrade..........
Try a thinner base oil with either the same 40 or 50 suffix
