saying that though, wrapping it will help reduce under bonnet heat substantially when done right (not that hard to).
that will be the thrust/release bearing from an incorrectly alighned clutch. Nothing major and the service life of the clutch wont be reduced, but the noise is annoying. Since you just got the clutch changed, go back and get them to fix it, no clutch will break within such a short time.
