They're not much more expensive from halfrauds, i've used them before in a pinch not a lot of difference really. Although it did seem to run slightly better on the proper NGKs but that may be the placebo effect.
Well you'll find that they don't like 1st gear when rolling when cold, it should become much easier when its warm. Its probably leaking from the selector like they all do, it shouldn't be a problem but it shouldn't be leaking enough for you to smell.
You need to get under the car and see where...
The coil packs on them are shite. If your sure the new problem isn't a placebo then i'd recommend getting some of those coil packs off ebay and some new plugs, made a world of difference to my old one much more smooth.
I've got a load of spares you can try if you not too far away.
I'm running my JBL GT4-12 off a JBL 75.2 amp bridged and it sounds dandy to me. I'd say they're one of the better budget brands imo, the newer stuff is much better than past stuff.
Mine is very similar with the maxogen on it, its smoothed out the kick a lot. The torque comes in more smoothly from 4k now, instead of a big lump at 5k.
You can see it picking up pace at 4k-> in the vid imo.
Any benefit to getting the pro kit over the normal one barring the wide band lambda input?
I'll never be using a wideband lambda as far as I can see and every other feature seems to be there in the standard one.
Looking at ordering one but wanted to make my mind up whether the pro is worth...

Got some pics of the cams locked there, not sure how much detail you want I only took quick snaps.

Looking good Burp, must have shed a few pounds now :).
You only have to strip this much off, its still a bit of a mish though!

He doesn't mean the undertray I don't think, I think he means the wind deflector thing that goes between the front bumper and the subframe.
Give me a minute i'll get you a part number, I don't think they're very expensive.
Yes of course, it doesn't overheat and the heater works fine too. I just only managed to get 5.5-6l of coolant in, although i'd flushed the system with the hose so I can only guess there was some water in there that didn't drop out.
I followed the renault filling/bleeding document I posted...
Yeh there not bad, the fascia is a little large if I was being critical. Plenty of features fine unless your an audiophile as the audio adjustment side is a little lacking but i've been spoilt by alpine tbh.
I wanted to flush it incase not that fussed about the old coolant. I only managed to get 5.5l in the 7l system so it obviously holds some somewhere anyway. For the extra time its worth doing (imo) to flush the block while your doing the job, its an extra 2 mins to take the thermostat out and...
Without it you can't really flush the block properly as the thermostat will stop water flow, mine wasn't massively dirty either but its worth doing if you doing the job and its only 3 bolts.
Coolant change is every 4 years iirc, but its an optional thing. I'd did mine a while ago and the coolant went from brown the bright green! Wasn't that much s**t in the system though when I flushed it.
Cost me £35 for 10l of the premix renault coolant.
I found the cheapest place when I changed mine last year were GDI who charged me £125 for geniune renault discs with bearings and abs rings. That was with the CS discount though if your a member.
Compaired to an espace v6/ph1 airbox its probably no better than them other than it looks pretty. Although the filter on the maxogen is very funky, whether is makes a difference I don't know.
You don't really need a caf as long as you reasonably isolate the space behind the headlight as its a...
