you can go upto a 75W90, but as has been mentioned the damage is already done, stop whacking it through the gears and be a bit more gentle to the box, they're fragile and don't like being rushed

Murcielagos, Gallardos, AMV8's, DB9's, Porkers, TVR's, Caterhams etc etc
they all give you that "special" feeling, and so does the V6!
as a car its not the best, and takes a good 6months to really get use to it and...
stock engine, 310bhp+, AWT special, that'll do!
forged pistons? pah!
(although be careful on that bottom end ben, its been invaded more times than an Amsterdam special apparently!)
on the DS2500's you have to remove the shims in the carrier, and also file down the edges of the pads, otherwise the pads bind on and or squeal like hell
i would assume the DS performance would be the same
