Anyone got the Renault UK Customer service number to hand?

They tried to charge me £220 in Basingstoke, I complained and they charged me £190 instead. How can there be such a difference in the price?

Ive not had a chance to look under the car in the light yet, Ill have a look at the weekend to see if I can find anything. Got it booked in on Tuesday with Renault so hopefully they will sort it then. Thanks for the ideas guys.....:D:D

Drove over a little bump in the road the other day, and there was a slight noise from under the car (not the bottom of the car hitting the road), ever since then there has been a loud noise coming from under the car when accelerating. It sounds like the exhaust has a hole in it, it is very loud...

I have the same, everyone on here a while ago said it was dodgy wiring under the drivers seat. I keep meaning to take it to the Renault garage but havent got around to it yet. Might wait until the next service in 3.5k miles.

Golf GTi 52mpg? Is that right? The TDI 150 is 52mpg, thought the GTi was low to mid thirties mpg. The TDI 150 is 8.6 to 60.

_KDF, I was one washer ball short until a few days ago. The nice people at Renault (I dont say that very often) fitted a new one for free, and they cleaned the car inside and out.........

Eagle F1s were £205 for two fitted.....I was ripped off. You can get them cheaper than that I think. Much better than the contis though (in my opinion)
