ive been looking most of the day but no luck. does anybody know where i will find a removal and re-fitting guid for the gearbox. ive seen bits in different threads but not 1 from start to finish. any help?

i thought they work every 2-3 times you use the windscreen wash. had to replace both of mine but that was because they were leaking but still working.

qouted £840 for the refurb and fitting but not a great deal of money to throw at it atm as its recently had almost £1k spent on different bits.

noticed the same noises in my 182 last night. in neutral there is no noise, under acceleration there is a whine from 3rd gear upwards and when just coasting in gear it sounds as tho there is a carrier bag stuck under the car. :S

find a tyre that you want and google shop it, works for me. most of the time its camskill that is the cheapest

when i bought my 182 i had maxxis tyres on the front and michelin pilots on the rear, i changed the front to pirreli p-zero and i personally found the grip was superb but have worn down far to quick so i have ordered the new michelin ps3's from camskill last night and at a price of £222...

i cant see the pic on the work computer but from your descripion it happened on my 182 and it was the heater controll unit which is under the drivers side scuttle panel. cheap enough from a scrap yard.
