I know what your saying they are small and light so they will feel quicker But in reality I don't think there's much in it but it feels the 200 pulls so well in the middle, and the 200 build quality is light years ahead of the old clios, cabin is a nicer place to be. But I'm not all for 200 I...
My choice (which I made) a ff 200 with cup pack all the luxuries plus the awesome suspension only IMO but it's better than a 197 feels like it pulls a lot more from any gear no matter where in the rev range also the mid range is definitely better than 1*2's I've had a 182 with remap and exhaust...
Just a little question this may have been covered before and of so apologies but I've seen a couple of 197/200 recently and they both have different Renault sport badge on the back mine is the rS badge with Renault sport reading of the rS and the other 197/200 just says Renault sport in writing...
Just had one putting petrol in, man comes over and says "I've always liked these cars bet it's a pocket rocket"......then said "not sure about that colour thou"!!!! In his silver car!!!!!
I can't comment on 197 but the whole avoid 06/07 years really is down to chance my 2010 clio 200 is on it's 2nd gearbox and 2nd clutch! It's just luck of the draw really, I think anyway
Just had mine done at Renault on my £200 cup lower ball joint and it was £450 shopped about and every other garage wasn't far off Renaults price with how long they reckon it would take! I went with Renault 12 months warranty also rip off but there you go.
Hello everyone need some help, my 200 went for a mot today and failed on the ball joint so I asked how much thinking maybe around £150 just a guess...but I was told £450 now I can't help but think that's really expensive has anyone replaced this and if so how much? Any help would be great
