Hi Guys just back into the clio mode with a clio williams 3 purchase, Im in surrey and looking for some pro clio williams garage repairs. Can anyone recommend someone or over buying someone a lunch could they look over mine and offer a list of must do's etc? Thanks in advance Tom

Nah the megane is truely awful as a fast hatch, its suffers from understeer, very odd steering, and a funny shape (imo). Pls try a second hand RS focus its along the same lines as the clio, with better turnin, grip, handling, and power. If the Vx gets written off I may go for the RS...

when u say a little torque steer, was that in a straight line? i do think that the clio will not be able to handle such power, the cup is on its boarder now. Too much may kill the handling, why cant people just tune it to 220 or 210. Thats more than enough and probably on a tight...

ive just bought 195/45 16 p-zero neros as the 195/50/15 avon zzrs wont be made until April now, and the 205/45/16 s are not made until july. But Avon have track tested this track/road legal tyre and reports back are good. The Neros seem OK for the mo, but hey its seemed quite cheap.

what makes me laugh is renault lauching a new car which will be replaced next year. With a new clio model how strange are the french? 182 has a great review in EVO, reading between the lines though it seemed very biased. Looking at EVO they do get a lot of revenue from Renault adverts...

yep but i need a track tyre, these are just released from avon and are made of the same rubber on their slicks. They are road legal slicks. I was after Mich. cup sports (as on the M3 CSL) but they dont make the size. tom
