I'm going to try some glass polish when I can get hold of some, see if that will do the trick
I hate insurance companies.
Thanks for the help...
So, my windscreen wipers have given me a nice curved scratch on my windscreen, not impressed.
My thoughts are either to get someone to repair it, or claim on my windscreen cover from my insurers, only problem is that I don't want my insurance to go up. Will they pay for he scratch to be...
Hi all,
so I've just bought some fogs, a new stalk and the loom for the fogs, can anyone give me some advice on fitting them? I have a mk2 ph2 Clio and would really like them fitted soon as I'm impatient! :P
Hi guys,
I was wondering if fitting some fog lights that worked could be as easy as splitting the wiring that goes to the rear fog light on the stalk? They would come on with the rear light but that's not a problem, is it that simple?
Thanks

I had some time on my hands by turning up for work 1/2 hour early so I took a few shots whilst she is semi...
I really want to refurb my wheels in anthracite, but on a student budget. I know i'm going to get slaughtered here, but I was wondering what spray cans people used that are as close to anthracite as possible and where the best place would be to get them from. I have seen some hycote Ford...
Has anyone in Devon/Cornshire got a 3/4 front plate on their car for everyday use? I'm so tempted as they look brilliant but I don't fancy getting pulled for it
I know its illegal but I was wondering if you could get away with it

I am working on what McGherkin has said, any suggestions on the speaker front? And you make a fair point with the edit..
My soldering isn't great, very, very messy!
@Harbinger, that would be awesome, i'm sure it's not thaaaaaat hard, as I said I don't want to mess it up :( did you just use a regular soldering iron with a normal tip, I have a £10 iron but I don't know whether it is any good or not
I am properly stuck as to what to do to my clio, it just needs something to make it stand out a bit more! So I thought I would start this for ideas, I thought this was very cool, just to get things started
Completely useless for the driver, but it's a start!
It was easy enough using the guide on here, just need the led strips, wire, a choc block to link them all up and some solder to solder them to the interior light, took me about an hour, tops :)
