well if you want something done youve gotta push on with it when you can though sunshine and rain!
iv even worked nights on it before!then gone to work for 11hours next day
but some days i just cannot get into it and just stare it thinking what am i bloody doing
the end product will be mad:evil:

iv cracked/snapped the crappy cast ones before hand!
this baby is prototype1
its holding out its self but i find the main bolt 16mm
sheered!twice!
im gonna revise a new mount at a later date.
note the uprated custom fabricated steel engine mount!

yeh i agree....although working on them when you really don't want to is the worst thing, but as you say. It's got to be done and the end result is going to be muchos worth it.

I've seen the effort put into this first hand ..... no doubt the car comes first!
To any 'should have bought a v6 comments' u should look up a word called Originality!
The fact that steve spent 8k on the turbo conversion should tell you that he couldn't care less about the money he could have saved by buying a Vee.
The only word that matters is FUN!

Only just seen this thread, very impressive Steve and it's good to see some progress - oh and someone on the forum with some balls and skills.
However I'd question the suitability of Gaz coilies, my understanding is they are poor. Be better off with FK/KW if you can afford a couple more quid.
Electrics on that are going to be a barsteward though, whats going on with the TC/ABS/ESP?
