172/182 Information Please

Hey guys, I wana get some information on 182's so I guessed signing up here would be my best bet. I've currently got a 106 GTi which I love to bits but I've recently got a new job so I'm considering something a little newer. I like the look of 182's and I've had a quick look around on autotrader etc, looking like you can get a decent one with low mileage for about 8500ish now. I like the idea of the 182 cup although equally a fully loaded 182 with both cup packs (there's two right?? )

Can anyone just give me the run down and information/comparisons of 172s(+cups) and 182's (+cups)

If you want the toys you best off going for a Cup packed 182, if you are not bothered look at the 172 Cup or if your Budget allows the 182 Trophy.

Rich, the trophy is outta the question, if I do end up selling mine and going this route it'll be up to about £9000 I'd be willing to spend.

106 is nice mate....

yeh you should have a decent choice of 182s for 9k.

you cant get a 172 with cup packs, only a 172 cup. Go for the 182 with both pacs
