172 battery keeps going flat?

Riight my best mate is having troubles with his phase 2 172. Basically if he leaves his car for anymore than 12 hours, on return the battery will be flat.

Now he has checked the alternator which is fine
Its had a new battery
He's checked that no lights stay on. i.e boot light..
It has no ice so not that

Any ideas people?

Remove the battery water, and replace with RedBull.

does it have a glovebox light, heard about them causing the batterys to go flat.

Whats the current drain with everything turned off?

Normal current drain is around 30 milliamps with the vehicle locked. To drain the battery in 12 hours must be some current drain to do that. you really need to rig up an amp meter then find the drain by disconnecting items until the large drain drops. Start with commen items like alternator and radio.
