172 gone, new car content...

The 172's new owner picked it up tonight, was sad to see it go after nearly 3 years of ownership :dapprove:

Spent the last few weeks putting it back to standard, so from this (Trax 09):

To this (today - bit dark!):

My sadness didn't last long though as 2 weeks ago I picked up my new french shed

In need of a good clean and polish then some pictures in daylight :rasp:

Also had a package arrive today a lot earlier than expected:

I haven't had a chance to drive it properly yet with it snowing/raining every bloody day! So can't comment yet unfortunately.

The power delivery is completely different, very torquey and not as keen to rev.

Car made 207bhp and 202 lb/ft. Not worried about the low figures as they couldn't get the fan down the side of the car to the side-pod housing the intake. Interesting how the torque dips a lot between 4 & 5K...
