182 Manifold and a decent exhaust...

...just wondering if these two were a worthwhile upgrade on a 172 cup. I was thinking of looking on ebay etc to cut the costs as I don't want to spend a huge amount on upgrades as the car isn't worth a great deal.

Anything else worth picking up to improve the experience, I've got brembo disks and 2500 pads, not sure if I needs anything more than this to stop, also got AST2 suspension with adjustable top mounts so that's sorted
