2002 cup 37k miles - could i get a price check?

am looking at a 2002 172 cup 37k miles, is coming wtih 6 months tax from today, body work is pefect apart from a very small almost unnoticable dent in the drivers door, alloys are spotless, does need a service in the next 2 months and 2 new back tyres

what would be a good price to pay?

i paid that for my FF, on 37k, with condition and other factors that sounded comparable to yours (VGC just needed a cam belt change) so i that sounds decent yeh
