60MM 40MM or cheap coils?

Cars far too high! Want it low but not slammed! And so it doesn't scrape! Asking do you guys reckon 40mm on good springs, 60MM on bad springs or cheap coilovers! Pictures please!

Cooksport springs and new standard shocks give a nice low without being "crashy"

40mm springs.

If it's a 1.2, deck it on coilovers. Even 70mm on coils won't scrape, I've been there. 60mm springs are still not low enough on a non-sport.
