Absolute BARGAIN Cup - £2350

That is an unbelievably good buy! including a trailer as well.... that would save mine having to go on track. Need space to put it though that is my problem, oh and a car big enough to toe it to the track.

Road legal do you reckon?

im tempted to buy it and sell it all off in parts. Trailor and hweels etc must be worth a few bob on its own

front bumper / wings aren't fitted good, looks like its had a front smash, also that damage tot he passenger door by the room, suggests roof damage, plus them nasty seats and s**t welded into in. engine is probably hammered to s**t too

its probably that price for a very very good reason. You could end up spending double that putting it right :S

A couple of questions have asked if it has a v5. The guys saying its not road legal, could be a couple of reasons - Was a cat B (break only) , no vin numbers (stolen!!!). Avoid like the plague unless someone can tell me otherwise.

Thats seen more action than a coppers torch! My bet is it either a cat A/B or its nicked (most likely) he claims he hasn't got the v5 so without that how do you prove ownership? It doesn't show the reg number either in any photos...
Definatly been in a bash too, you can see those panel gaps from google earth!

I know this car, the roof was caved in and it was repaired or it was re-shelled IIRC..

Guy stays round the road from me done the graphics and stickers on it..

Nah, cat a for crushing, cat b can be kept for spares or off road use, but not road registered iirc...

I asked him a question myself today if its registered as a damaged car either d, c or b and does it have the vin numbers present on the car. Guess what, no anwser!

Says only 7000 miles as well, mmm maybe worth it for a transplant and then sell the trailer, but would be tight as to if its worth while

I'd offer him 2 grand and youve got a great little track car.dddont know why your all so bothered about bodywork, your not going to chav it up outside Mac dees are you. you should see the state of most race cars close up,not that pretty, unless your absolutly minted

I bet its a Cat C with roof damage, its never had a VIC check to get a log book and because of the previous damage its not financially worth fixing to make it road legal

At that money its not worth buying to break just purely for a toy. I sold a full fat Cat C last week for £1500 as a full car... very similar scenario
