Air bag to non airbag s wheel

Has anyone done the above..

How did you dsconect the airbag.. is it just a plug/conector..?

I take t that once the wheel is removed a seperate boss is required (although not always the case with all cars) to mount the new wheel.. eg. MOMO fitting..

ive swapped loads of s wheels before but never with an airbag involved..

any help appreciated..

fairly easy mate if you have paitence!!!

errm you need a few torx bits, and 2 x 2.7ohm IIRC resistors

Its nothing to do with vanity, but to do with the better driving position.(because of this -> better car control).

However im still not 100% about doing it yet..?!? Especially as it disables the passenger side as well.

hmmm theres gota be sum way to trick it into thinkin the driver ones is still there so u can keep the passenger one

if u buy a momo air bag car equipped steering wheel boss it will include all the required plugs to keep the airbag light off...see ur local ripspeed dude for details
